Reports To: Principal
Terms of Employment: Permanent, 12 Month Position
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with greeting and receiving the public.
KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Good public relations skills
- Ability to type and operate office equipment with accuracy
- Knowledge and ability to use grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Considerable knowledge of office practices and procedures
- Competency in computer skills/operations
- Competency in basic accounting methods
- Ability to maintain ledger sheets and current balances of numerous accounts
- Ability to learn, interpret, and explain policies, regulations, programs, and procedures effectively
- Maintain payroll for staff
- Contact substitutes
- Ability to resolve problem situations
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
